I found some issues. The staff in the Stella Restaurant seemed inattentive on certain days. The lobby bar service faltered when Nermin Dun was not present. the inconsistency in service affected my experience.

The staff provided excellent service. They were very kind and catered to all needs. The large pool and beach area provided many options for relaxation. There were also staff on roller skates who served drinks and snacks (a nice touch!).
