inattentive staff inconsistent service

I found some issues. The staff in the Stella Restaurant seemed inattentive on certain days. The lobby bar service faltered when Nermin Dun was not present. the inconsistency in service affected my experience.

The staff provided excellent service. They were very kind and catered to all needs. The large pool and beach area provided many options for relaxation. There were also staff on roller skates who served drinks and snacks (a nice touch!).

the kids club provided excellent care. emilay and alina were great. our son enjoyed the activities and wanted to stay.

the room had overpowering heat. i could not regulate the water temperature in the shower. the shower was either cold or hot.
